Have you ever seen a grown inspector cry? That was me today. This lovely couple met me at a house in Mosman. It was their dream home. They measured the rooms while I did my inspection. In their minds they could see where every piece of furniture was going to go. But I had to tell them the bad news - the place was eaten out by termites There was id="mce_marker"00,000 worth of repairs needed before they moved in. They started crying. I started crying. Their baby cried. Everyone was crying. Hope tomorrow is a better day.</p>"
